Project Overview

Beijing Multi-Dimension Group plans to build a smart manufacturing plant in Monterrey, Mexico, requiring the shipment of heavy machinery, steel structures, automated production line components, and construction materials from China. Due to the diverse cargo types, varying specifications, and oversized equipment, standard container shipping is insufficient. Our company designed a customized charter for an entire bulk carrier, safely transporting 3000 cubic meters of cargo in one go to ensure the project proceeds on schedule.

The project involves various oversized equipment, including large stamping machines, automated welding robot workstations, and steel structural frames. The heaviest single item exceeds 15 tons, with the longest reaching 12 meters. We must coordinate cargo consolidation from multiple domestic suppliers at the port, manage loading plans, and ensure orderly unloading according to the factory construction sequence upon arrival.

Service Highlights

Charter the entire bulk carrier

Based on total cargo volume and characteristics, we select an optimal LCL vessel for chartering the entire shipment of 3000 cubic meters in one go, avoiding the time risks and added costs associated with split shipments.

Specialized loading for oversized equipment

For oversized cargo such as large stamping machines and 12-meter steel structures, we develop specialized stowage plans and securing measures to ensure zero damage during ocean transit.

Multi-vendor port consolidation

Coordinate cargo consolidation from over 10 domestic suppliers, schedule loading based on factory construction priorities, and unload in sequence upon arrival to minimize on-site wait times.

Full Protection and Insurance

Precision equipment is packed with triple-layer protection against moisture, vibration, and rust. All shipments are covered by ocean cargo insurance, and high-value items are escorted by dedicated personnel.

One-stop door-to-door service

End-to-end service from domestic pickup, port consolidation, customs clearance, ocean freight, Mexico customs clearance, and inland transport to your Monterrey factory—just one point of contact for you.

Precise Time Control

Align with the Mexico factory construction schedule to back-calculate milestones for each stage, enabling end-to-end visibility from port consolidation to factory delivery and ensuring on-time arrival.
